JOB SUMMARY

The Automotive Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling vehicles to customers. Successful candidates will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell vehicles utilizing our award-winning internal sales process Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork Recognize that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and strive to guarantee customer satisfaction Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person and maintain a prospect development system Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business Forecast goals at the beginning of each month Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, co-workers, and suppliers Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Prior sales experience (preferred) Bi-lingual preferred, but not required Previous experience providing 5-Star quality customer service Maintain professional appearance at all times Demonstrate superior communication skills Must demonstrate computer literacy Must have a valid Florida drivers license
