Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process Partner with an industry-leading team to sell new and used RVs while delivering an exceptional customer experience Perform effective product demonstrations Maintain strong product knowledge across all RV models Work closely with the F&I team to close sales efficiently Use a high-integrity, no-pressure sales approach Contribute ideas to achieve and exceed sales goals Stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers and teammates Participate in RV shows and dealership events as needed
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record Ability to obtain a state sales license (if required)
Experience:
Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Dependable work ethic and commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to work both independently and within a team Ability to learn dealership systems (Motility Systems2K, MS Office, etc.) Ability to move RVs of various sizes Ability to complete physical tasks such as climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching Lazydays, in partnership with Campers Inn RV, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace .
