Service and Sales Technician

We are looking to add an experienced Service and Sales HVAC technician to our team. Work hours : 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed. On call rotation required.

Requirements:

Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems with expertise Perform service and repair calls with technical knowledge Superior Sales Skills Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and excellent communication. Educate clients on the care and maintenance of their systems. Complete daily tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Required Qualifications 2-7 Years of HVAC Service Technician Experience 2-5 Years of HVAC Sales Experience Ability and desire to continually learn Be able to perform maintenance checkups. Work well with other technicians to accomplish tasks Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Offer service agreements to customers. Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers. Duties, Roles & Responsibilities Perform system checks on residential HVAC systems. Follow company processes. Good driving record. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Be able to service systems Offer residential service agreements.
