Base salary + commission structure Job Overview We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Boat Lift Sales Representative to expand our market reach and drive new business. This role is ideal for a hunter-type salesperson—someone who thrives on finding, developing, and closing new opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities Prospect & Close:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the boat lift industry.
Regional Expansion:
Drive sales growth in new and underdeveloped territories.
Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with marinas, boat dealers, contractors, and waterfront property owners.
Product Expertise:
Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our boat lift solutions to customers.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Market Intelligence:
Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
Ideal Candidate Profile Proven Sales Hunter:
3-5+ years of inside/outside sales experience, preferably in marine, construction, or related industries.
Self-Starter:
Ability to work independently, create leads, and drive sales without constant supervision.
Competitive & Goal-Oriented:
Thrives on winning deals and exceeding targets.
Excellent Communication:
Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
Resilient & Persistent:
Comfortable with rejection and motivated to keep pushing forward.
Tech-Savvy:
