Who we are hiring:

We are looking for motivated people who hate to lose. Are you a sales representative with untapped potential? Looking for a new opportunity to flex your money-making skills and pull in that lucrative commission and bonus loot? We have the opportunity for paid training and massive first year earnings. We create fresh leads with qualifiers who transfer calls directly to our closers so they can build a pipeline of business. Every call is a first call close with no follow-up necessary. All customer service is handled by a secondary department.

This position:

Produce sales on 1-call closes for leads transferred by qualified representatives. Goal-oriented drive required to hit key quotas to qualify for higher pay tiers. Ability to memorize multiple rebuttals and scripts. Technology aware. We don't need you to be a Steve Jobs, but you must be able to use a computer. Coachability.

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience or customer service retention experience preferred. But if you have a gift for gab and a positive demeanor, we can teach you. An open mind for training. Reliability. Drive to be great.

The Basics:

Hours:

40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm with an hour lunch and two 15-minute coffee breaks. No weekends ever.

Compensation:

Base Pay starts at $14.00 per hour for training then moves to $15.00 once you are producing. Daily production bonuses. Weekly production bonuses. Multiple verticals and tiers for creating commission. Feel free to sell a policy and then upsell the same customer to capture a second vehicle or home. The average representative makes $60,000 in their first year.
