In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients through interacting with customers inside a busy membership-based retail warehouse environment, educating them about our HVAC products and services, and scheduling appointments for our comfort advisors. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with prospects, setting the stage for successful sales conversions. Responsibilities Engage with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner Promote Airworx air conditioning products and services Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations Represent Airworx with professionalism and enthusiasm Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals Maintain accurate customer information and records Work in a high-traffic retail warehouse setting and interact with members throughout the day Requirements Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Excellent communication and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Ability to stand and interact with shoppers throughout your shift Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-30 hours per week Day, evening, and weekend shifts available Compensation Competitive hourly pay Bonuses for qualified appointments Additional bonuses for closed sales Top performers can earn significant additional income through performance incentives About Airworx Airworx Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a growing South Florida HVAC contractor providing residential and commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
