This role is focused on building strong client relationships, expanding our customer base, and driving sales through product knowledge and excellent service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn our product lines, while confidently communicating with clients in English across different business environments. Duties & Responsibilities Actively generate new business by reaching out to potential clients, contractors, and companies within the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Learn and stay up to date with Glaze's inventory, product lines, and specifications to confidently assist customers and recommend solutions. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to clients. Assist customers with order placement, follow-ups, and general inquiries. Identify opportunities to upsell and promote new or high-priority products. Maintain organized records of clients, orders, and communications. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience. Support showroom or in-store sales when needed. Key Requirements Must speak English fluently (required for daily communication with clients). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
