Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial recreation market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the commercial recreation or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
