Overview Join our fun team!! We are looking for 3 more sales people as we go into summer. You get to enjoy all team meets every morning with good company info, mini trainings and some good laughs with everyone. We also offer sales coaching and training. Now for the professional s Responsibilities Use AI to show customers visual possibilities of outcome Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations Promote and upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Drive along designated routes safely, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer service standards Conduct route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to meet daily targets Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product visibility aligns with company standards Handle heavy lifting of merchandise safely during deliveries and stock replenishments Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route logs, and inventory levels for organizational efficiency Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and order processing Knowledge of route driving, including navigation skills and safety practices on the road Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily responsibilities Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and merchandising tasks efficiently Military experience is advantageous for discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
