Create awareness by identifying and developing strong relationships with decision makers of key companies/individuals among the architectural, interior design, builder/contractor, and developer communities. Implement a strategy to obtain specifications through targeting high-value jobs, project tracking, and CRM. Maintain and update product information libraries at each Architect/Designer/Builder location with current literature and samples. Provide ongoing promotion through presentations & training through AIA accredited CE sessions/lunch & learn seminars. Collaborate with marketing/business development to increase probabilities of gaining specifications and converting leads into orders.

Education Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in specifications, building products, or related role. Bachelor degree is highly preferred, but not required to be in the architectural field. Familiar with architectural specifications, construction design elements and able to confidently make technical presentations and project recommendations. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft software and CRM platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized work practice Energetic and self-motivation with high level of professionalism Objective is driven by self-managing capabilities Ability to travel within designated region 90% of the work week.
Preferred Experience:
BS in Architecture, Engineering, Design or related degree 1+ years of prior architectural or industry experience desired Demonstrated ability to learn technical products, their benefits, and specifications Experience solving complex problems within a team environment
