Vehicle & Expenses Provided, Strong Commercial Pipeline & Leadership Exposure The opportunity: Five years ago, this business was generating approximately $1.5 million in revenue. Today, it generates between $15 million and $20 million annually, operates across multiple states, delivers commercial roofing projects exceeding $2 million, and continues to grow despite wider market slowdowns. This isn't a company built on storm work, insurance claims, or low-margin repairs. It's a financially strong, debt-free commercial roofing contractor that has scaled through relationships, reputation, and consistently delivering high-value roofing solutions for commercial property owners, municipalities, HOAs, industrial facilities and public sector clients. With expansion already underway in New Jersey and further growth planned across Pennsylvania and the Northeast, the business is entering another phase of growth and is looking for commercial sales professionals who want to be part of building something bigger.
