In this part-time role, you'll represent StateWide Windows & Doors from a designated booth or stand inside a retail store. You'll engage with shoppers, start conversations with homeowners about their home improvement needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you're confident, personable, goal-oriented, and enjoy meeting new people, this is a great opportunity to earn hourly pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses while gaining valuable sales experience. What You'll Do Represent StateWide Windows & Doors in a professional and engaging manner Approach and interact with shoppers at our retail location Start conversations and build rapport with potential customers Educate homeowners about our windows, doors, and home improvement solutions Identify customer interest and schedule qualified appointments Accurately collect customer and appointment information Work toward daily and monthly appointment goals Maintain a positive and professional presence at your assigned retail location What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and personable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Goal-oriented and self-motivated Positive and professional attitude Reliable and dependable Previous sales, retail, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus No prior experience required — paid training provided!
