Job Description

We are seeking a sophisticated and growth-oriented Commercial Service Sales Representative to build and scale our commercial service and maintenance networks. This isn't just about cold calling; it s about acting as a strategic relationship builder and market partner to maximize our community footprint and business expansion across South Florida. $55,000 - $130,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Contract Acquisition:
Target, negotiate, and secure commercial HVAC/R service and maintenance contracts.
Lead Generation:
Build a robust pipeline using personal networks, market research, and outreach.
Vertical Targeting:
Secure business in warehouses, supermarkets, food manufacturing, gas stations, hospitals, and municipalities.
Account Transition:
Focus on initial acquisition, handing off accounts to Directors for ongoing management.
Client Relations & Proposals Relationship Building:
Cultivate lasting relationships with facility managers and property owners.
Proposals:
Partner with technical teams to formulate quotes, project scopes, and maintenance proposals.
Territory Management:
Travel extensively throughout the regional territory to maintain a strong market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of successful B2B commercial sales experience. HVAC/R or facility service contract sales preferred.
Network:
Pre-existing network of commercial facility connections in South Florida is strongly prioritized.
Industry Awareness:
Deep understanding of commercial service contract operations and the local market.
Logistics:
Valid driver s license, clean record, and use of a personal vehicle for field travel.
Core Skills:
Exceptional closing skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compliance:
Eligible to work in the U.S.; must pass a background check and drug screening.
