Neal Roofing & Waterproofing Salary:
$60,000 Base + Performance Bonuses. (OTE $120,000) Neal Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to help homeowners move forward with roofing solutions that protect their homes and investments. This role focuses on following up with homeowners who have already received roofing estimates, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can build trust, create urgency, and convert opportunities into signed contracts. This is not a cold-calling position. You'll be working with existing leads and homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Responsibilities Follow up with homeowners who have received roofing estimates. Review project details, inspection findings, and proposal information. Answer questions regarding roofing systems, warranties, financing, and project timelines. Identify customer concerns and provide solutions that help move projects forward. Maintain consistent communication through phone calls, text messages, and email. Schedule appointments when additional consultations are needed. Work closely with sales representatives and management to maximize conversion rates. Keep detailed records and notes within the company CRM. Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or sales support experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone. Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits. Experience using CRM software and sales tools. Roofing, construction, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or related industry experience is preferred but not required. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
