As a Construction Supply Sales Representative, you will build relationships with current and prospective customers. Understand their needs and current projects so we can ensure we have the materials they need. In doing so, you will provide impeccable customer service through the establishment of sales. What we provide and what the position includes: You will be provided initial/ongoing training, all marketing and attire Your Sales manager will help you with training and product knowledge to ensure your success Utilizing the training techniques in coordination with your own attributes to effectively manage leads that are self-generated as well as provided through our marketing. Walk around jobsites with customer Photographing and documenting damages and/or issues Learn how we manage projects, create estimates, and support our customers. Selling our company and yourself as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable, to each customer.Job responsibilities:
Seek out and contact potential prospects within designated sales region. Develop and maintain quality customer service through job completion Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and networking Responsible with maintaining and organizing own schedule Assist in collections to keep customer accounts current Communicate knowledge effectively to address customers' needs/wants Demonstrates an effective use of multitasking approaches Report daily progress to managementJob Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills College degree preferred but not required Ability to persevere through objections Displays a positive, professional attitude Valid Driver's License Must be self-motivated Be able to communicate with all types of people Have a willingness to learn from our training and utilize itJob Type:
