Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and face-to-face interactions to generate new business opportunities Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals using CRM software Conduct high-end automobile sales by presenting vehicle features, benefits, and financing options tailored to customer needs Negotiate terms effectively to maximize upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, B2B interactions, and multilingual communication when applicable Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand Participate in marketing initiatives and public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments; familiarity with inventory control and retail math is a plus Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or retail settings Excellent negotiation abilities combined with outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer information Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions Ability to perform public speaking engagements or presentations confidently in various settings Join us if you're passionate about cars, thrive on building relationships, and want to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in automotive sales!
