Job Description

ForeverLawn Palm Beach is seeking a motivated, high-integrity Synthetic Turf Specialist to drive sales of our premium synthetic turf solutions across residential, commercial, HOA, municipal, pet, playground, landscape, sports, and golf applications. This role focuses on developing new business, managing qualified leads, and expanding ForeverLawn Palm Beach's presence across South Florida. As the local leader in premium synthetic turf, our solutions often exceed $50,000 per project , requiring confidence in selling value over price and the ability to guide clients toward the right long-term solution. You'll be backed by best-in-class ForeverLawn® systems, including K9Grass®, Playground Grass®, SportsGrass®, GolfGreens®, and LandScapes by ForeverLawn , each designed for specific applications, durability, safety, drainage, aesthetics, and long-term performance. ForeverLawn Palm Beach is positioned as a premium provider with advanced product lines, certified installation, and strong warranties.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, HOA relationships, commercial partnerships, builders, landscape architects, property managers, municipalities, schools, pet facilities, and strategic community relationships.
Sales Appointments:
Schedule and conduct site visits, assess project scope, measure accurately, identify client needs, document site conditions, and present tailored synthetic turf solutions.
Product Consultation:
Recommend the right ForeverLawn® product based on application, including pet turf, playground turf, landscape turf, sports turf, putting greens, rooftop areas, courtyards, commercial spaces, and municipal projects.
Proposal Development:
Create compelling, branded proposals emphasizing value, durability, warranty, drainage, safety, maintenance savings, aesthetics, and long-term ROI using our proven Value over Price framework.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain CRM accuracy, track follow-ups, document client communication, and nurture leads through the full sales cycle.
Closing & Handoff:
Secure client commitment, signed agreement, and deposit, then coordinate with operations for a seamless project handoff and installation experience.
Market Development:
Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, builders, landscape architects, schools, pet facilities, commercial property managers, municipalities, luxury communities, and referral partners.

Team-Oriented:
Works collaboratively with design, operations, installation crews, and leadership to ensure project success.
Detail-Oriented:
Manages pipeline, measurements, follow-ups, proposal details, scheduling, and handoffs with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications Synthetic turf, landscaping, construction, outdoor living, home improvement, commercial sales, or project-based sales experience strongly preferred. Experience selling to homeowners, HOAs, builders, property managers, schools, municipalities, or commercial clients is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently sell premium, higher-priced solutions. Ability to measure job sites and understand basic site conditions. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital sales platforms. Professional appearance and customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work some evenings or weekends as needed to meet client schedules.

$100,000 - $160,000
