HVAC Sales Rep (2 Years HVAC SALES REQUIRED)

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HVAC equipment sales for both the residential and commercial markets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective collaboration and communication. Conduct direct sales activities, including creating quotes and proposals and managing leads to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Perform site assessments to sell the proper equipment and interact with customers to understand their HVAC needs. Ordering of equipment and parts and management of projects. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in direct HVAC sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles. Must have experience in the HVAC Industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC equipment and systems. Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
