Full Job Description Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL (on-site) — serving the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area Pay type: Commission only — $1,000 per vehicle sold (no cap), plus performance bonuses
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with one weekday off) About us: Alfa Motors FTL is a used car dealership in Fort Lauderdale serving South Florida. We work with defined sales systems, measurable performance standards, and results-based earnings. We have high-volume inventory and consistent digital lead channels that support your success. We welcome applicants from the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, including those without prior sales experience.
About the role:
We're hiring a full-time, on-site car sales agent. You'll work with showroom customers and digital leads: assessing their needs, presenting vehicles, and guiding them through test drives and demonstrations. This is a 100% commission role: you earn $1,000 for every sale you close, with no cap.
Responsibilities:
Engage with and advise walk-in and digital customers interested in buying a vehicle. Create and post photos and videos of the cars on social media to generate your own leads. Follow a defined sales process and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Prepare and present pricing options, and coordinate with finance and management to close deals. Follow up with your prospects and nurture long-term customer relationships. Meet or exceed your individual performance targets.

Qualifications:
Strong customer-facing skills: confident communication, active listening, and rapport-building. Sales-oriented mindset with interest in consultative selling, handling objections, and closing. Basic digital literacy (CRM, email, phone, and text) for timely follow-up and lead management. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a commitment to personal and financial growth. Willingness to create your own content (photos and videos) and post it on social media. Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends as required by dealership hours.
