Client Advisor

The Client Advisor nurtures leads and directly influences conversions into our core program. This role is critical to our revenue engine and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and loves the challenge of motivating leads to take action. Get more of the right people to show up and convert more of them into buyers. Nurture existing leads, follow up with new signups, re-engage cold prospects, and ensure high-quality attendance at webinars. After each webinar, you will personally follow up with attendees and non-buyers to assist with objections, answer questions, and help them move forward with purchasing our Training & Packages. Hourly Wage +

Commission Setting:

In-person, Winter Garden, FL Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing & Engagement Communicate with leads before the webinar to increase excitement + reduce no-shows Use approved scripts and frameworks to handle objections and answer questions Maintain consistent, persuasive communication to keep leads active Post-Webinar Sales Influence Follow up with all attendees who did NOT purchase Re-engage no-shows to attend a future webinar Answer objections and help leads complete the checkout process Convert warm prospects through follow-up messaging Tracking & Reporting Log all activity in CRM and internal tracking sheets Attribute each influenced attendee and sale Maintain daily activity reports Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews Hourly Wage +

Commission Qualifications:

Sales Role - Key Qualifications Proven results: Track record of hitting sales targets (can speak in numbers) Strong communication: Confident on calls, Zoom, and messaging; handles objections well Sales process knowledge: Understands pipelines, lead qualification, and follow-up

Self-driven:

Coachability:

Tech-savvy:
