Job Summary As a Car Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our customers' journey to find their perfect vehicle. What you'll do Assist customers in selecting quality pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Build lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and great service Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads. Stay up to date on our inventory, pricing, and financing options Respond to leads from phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Guide customers through the entire purchase process — from test drives to closing deals Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and public speaking. Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, particularly in automobile sales or high-end products. Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele.
