We are hiring a Sales BDC Representative , As a Sales BDC Representative you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, and set appointments that bring customers into our showroom. No cold calling — you will work with warm leads from customers who are already interested in buying or trading in a vehicle. This is an excellent entry point into automotive sales, with a clear path to team leader, supervisor, and management roles. You will be the customer's first point of contact — delivering a professional, friendly, and informative experience that reflects our Buy Smart - Be Happy sales philosophy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Respond quickly to inbound sales phone calls, internet leads, texts, and emails Engage customers using a consultative, customer-first approach Identify customer needs and document interactions in the CRM Set, confirm, and follow up on sales showroom appointments Assist customers with digital tools (credit applications, trade-in evaluations, etc.) Conduct outbound sales follow-up and prospecting activities including phone calls, texts, and emails to engage customers, re-engage inactive leads, confirm appointments, and ensure no opportunity goes unworked Complete warm transfers and escalate concerns when needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements and pass a background and MVR check Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times Prior sales/customer service experience a plus Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs Bi Lingual is a plus(English/Spanish)

Pay:
