• On-Site Position Overview Our client is a growing manufacturer and distributor of industrial control components and related electrical products serving OEMs, panel builders, and industrial end users throughout North America.

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the customer sales lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, customer follow-up, product research, and problem resolution. This position will work closely with customers by phone and email while collaborating with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable developing technical product knowledge. This is a hands-on inside sales role with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotes Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain strong customer relationships Research product options, specifications, and cross-references to identify appropriate solutions Assist with pricing, catalog updates, and product information as needed Provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service by phone and email Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently Support e-commerce activities and back-end system functions as responsibilities expand Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer service, and operational efficiency Qualifications This is an on-site position so must be located in Yulee, FL or within a commutable distance High School Diploma or equivalent required

Required:

Previous experience with industrial controls, electrical controls, or related technical sales Ability to quickly learn technical product lines and effectively explain products and solutions to customers Strong attention to detail, particularly with quotes, orders, pricing, and follow-up Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Willingness to travel occasionally as needed; travel is expected to be minimal initially, with potential for increased travel as the role develops Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite ERP SQL or database familiarity HTML or basic web development/coding skills E-commerce experience Product data management experience Experience working with technical or industrial products Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary , commensurate with experience Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule On-site position in Yulee, FL Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off and holidays Family-friendly work environment Opportunity for career growth and expanded responsibilities Would you like to know more about our new opportunity?
