You'll:

Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you're: Competitive and motivated by goals Comfortable talking to new people Coachable and willing to improve Resilient and able to handle rejection Dependable and accountable Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Hungry for an opportunity to grow Looking for a career, not just your next job Previous sales experience is not required.
