Job Description
We are searching for a Sales Representative for our Grocery Sales/Convenience Store division. Company vehicle and gas card will be provided. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve financial targets for route profitability by selling to customers Manage and grow customer base and sales Coordinate promotional activities in stores and merchandises/rotates products Work with existing customers to gain displays, additional shelf space, and premium placement Record and maintain sales and merchandises products for best movement Maintain proper selection and inventory of products for each customer Build relationships with convenience store owners/managers/clerks Organize route and visit accounts biweekly Cold call to grow territory Ensure customer satisfaction Ensure freshness of products on shelf Monitor and collect funds from delinquent accounts Responsible for maintaining beverage equipment Participate in company sponsored events to promote products and services Listen to customers' needs and proactively attend to their needs/questions Clean company vehicle and perform routine maintenance Responsible for route's daily bank deposits Maintain shelf tags Report weekly the daily tasks completed for accounts Other responsibilities as assignedQualifications & Requirements:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required One year of relevant customer sales and service experience required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive and self-motivated Detail-oriented with strong work ethic Good listening and problem-solving skills Daily, local travel in company vehicle; Limited overnight travel Sales experience in convenience store industry preferred Satisfactory background check, MVR, and drug screen are required.Benefits:
