Share Print Job Description Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in Americus, Georgia. This position is in the office; it will not be hybrid or remote. The pay range is $20-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with customers by phone or email Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Perform customer verifications Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Direct unresolved issues to designated party Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints Manage administration Follow up on customer interactions Cycle count raw materials

Experience Needed:
