Qualifications Property/Casualty License (Life/Health is a plus!) Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferable Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to learn about products and stay updated on promotions.
