Job Description

Overview We are a leading truck tire recycling and management company serving the U.S. transportation industry. Based in Aurora, IL, our work keeps thousands of truck tires out of landfills each year by enabling their collection, reconditioning, and reuse. Since 1977, we've built a reputation for reliability, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnerships. Now, with new backing from a strategic investment firm, we are entering a high-growth phase — expanding our footprint, capabilities, and team. We just open a location in Atlanta, GA 1. Market Expansion Prospect and develop new vendor relationships to source scrap tires across Chicago and the broader Midwest Identify and win new customers for used tires, new tires, and casings Build and manage a healthy, self-sustaining pipeline 2. Revenue Growth & Account Management Grow and retain existing customer and vendor relationships Ensure high service levels through consistent communication and follow-up Manage pricing conversations, collections, and ongoing account performance 3. Vendor & Customer Onboarding Lead onboarding of new partners, including required documentation (credit references, CRT-61, etc.) Ensure a seamless, professional onboarding experience 4. Cross-Functional Impact Partner with operations and logistics teams to improve service delivery Bring real-time market feedback to leadership to shape strategy and execution
What You'll Get Compensation:
$75,000 guaranteed compensation for the first six months while building your territory and pipeline. Candidates are expected to meet agreed-upon performance goals during this period. Following successful completion of the ramp-up phase, compensation transitions to a competitive base salary plus commission plan with strong earning potential.
