Sales Consultant- Commissions 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30328 Full-time Empire Communities 63 reviews Full-time Sales Consultant Your Impact at Empire Homes Under the direction of the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, the Sales Consultant is an experienced sales professional who makes a significant contribution to the team and Empire Homes' sales efforts by continually reaching and exceeding sales goals. This position represents Empire Homes by properly communicating company products and services to all prospects. They conduct themselves at all times in an ethical, professional manner consistent with good business practice. They identify and qualify prospects in order to secure sales. Initiating, monitoring and expediting the home buying process in order to reach their company established sales goals are key functions of this role. This role is located out of our Empire Homes Head Office in Atlanta, GA. Sales Consultant can be assigned to a community in Alpharetta or Mid-town area.
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or real estate preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in the new home construction industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel Experience with reports, presentations, database maintenance, and internal/external communications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Knowledge of sales processes and the homebuilding process, with the ability to communicate effectively to prospects Why Join Empire Homes? What You'll Be Doing Each Day Represent Empire Homes professionally by presenting product offerings, community details, and the full home-buying/building process to prospects and buyers. Identify, qualify, and track prospect traffic and leads in the Lead Management System; complete required registration/traffic documentation and follow-up through decision. Drive sales performance by delivering strong, trained sales presentations, applying negotiation/closing skills, and generating referral business with Realtors and industry partners. Manage the sales transaction accurately and on time, including agreements/addenda, required paperwork, and collection of deposits/monies. Provide proactive customer service throughout the build and closing cycle, including weekly buyer updates, issue escalation as needed, and coordination with closing/lender partners to expedite closings. Maintain competitive and business reporting (e.g., competition, sales/traffic, and builder meeting minutes) and communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional/site teams. Ensure the sales environment reflects brand standards by keeping model/inventory homes, signage, collateral, and supplies clean, maintained, and fully stocked; complete walk-throughs and punch lists as required.
