We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment where relationship building, responsiveness, and multitasking are essential. Essential Functions/Duties:
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Negotiate and close agreements with customers by generating quotes and processing orders Manage customer accounts by monitoring orders, ensuring on‑time deliveries, assisting with inventory needs, and resolving issues promptly Provide accurate information regarding products and services to inquiring customers Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities, decision makers, and customer service needs Contact current customers using sales activity reports to drive engagement and growth Collaborate with office and production teams to ensure orders are produced accurately and efficiently Work in partnership with the outside sales team to proactively increase market share Provide feedback to internal teams and leadership regarding customer insights, expectations, and trends Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or other related fields, knowledge of sales techniques, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stonge Microsoft office skills, excel skills a plus, including the ability to create and use spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting Organized, initiative-taking, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. High attention to detail and excellent time management skills. College degree preferred or 2+ years sales experience Experience working with ERP & CRM
systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, Oracle, Salesforce) Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills C ompany Description:
