Pay:

$17 /hour plus bonuses. ($600+ per month bonus if you meet your performance targets. Top reps clear $2,000 per month in bonuses!) About the

Help Customers:

Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and patient way. ...

Save Accounts:

Talk with customers who are thinking about leaving and find the right solutions, discounts, or offers to keep them with us.

Recommend & Sell:

Listen closely to customer needs so you can suggest extra products or upgrades that truly help them.

Clear Communication:

Clearly explain prices, promotions, and account details so customers feel confident in their choices.

Keep Accurate Records:

Update customer accounts and take notes during and after calls.

Meet Goals:

Work hard to hit daily targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and account retention.

Skills:

Strong listening skills, positive attitude, ability to handle tough conversations with empathy, and comfort using a computer. Experience with customer retention, subscriptions, or a "save desk" is a big plus!
