Full-Time | Exempt | In-Office with Community Outreach Join Our Team EveryDay We Care LLC is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of our Concierge Care Department . This role is ideal for an energetic professional who excels at networking, developing referral partnerships, promoting healthcare services, and expanding brand awareness within the community. As the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator, you will serve as a key ambassador for our Concierge Care services, building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior service organizations, community partners, and local businesses to generate referrals and increase service utilization. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Community Outreach Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, attorneys, financial planners, and other community partners. Create and implement strategic marketing and business development plans to increase awareness of Concierge Care services. Represent EveryDay We Care at networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, community events, and professional organizations. Track referral sources, conversion rates, and business development activities. Identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth and service expansion. Marketing & Brand Awareness Coordinate marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns. Assist in developing presentations, promotional materials, brochures, and community education resources. Promote the EveryDay We Care Concierge Care brand throughout the local market. Support social media, community engagement, and public relations efforts. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders. Conduct regular visits and follow-up meetings with referral sources. Serve as a trusted resource regarding Concierge Care services and solutions. Help create a seamless experience for prospective clients and families. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines. Prepare regular reports on business development efforts, referral trends, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth goals and market expansion initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, or relationship management. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, case management, or human services. Established relationships within the Augusta-area healthcare and senior care community. Experience with referral development and community engagement initiatives.
