Job Description
RockSolid Brewing Co. is growing our taproom team, and we're searching for a Taproom Lead Beertender to join us in Ball Ground! This role is for someone who enjoys craft beer, genuinely likes working with people, and understands that a great taproom experience goes well beyond pouring a pint. You'll help guide and support our beertending team, keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly, and bring positive energy to every shift. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, helping drive sales and continued growth, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming taproom that our guests can enjoy.
