Job Summary Are you passionate about cars and driven to connect customers with their perfect vehicle? As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be the energetic face of our dealership, guiding clients through the exciting journey of purchasing high-quality automobiles. Your enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and sales expertise will help build lasting relationships, boost dealership revenue, and create memorable customer experiences. This role offers a dynamic environment where your sales talent and customer service skills can truly shine! Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to develop a robust sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet client needs. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress meticulously. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills to support customer inquiries and foster positive relationships. Collaborate with sales support teams and participate in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations when needed to promote dealership offerings or community events. Support retail sales activities by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products preferred. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deals efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is advantageous. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—along with effective public speaking capabilities. Experience in dealership settings or automotive industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and maintain a proactive approach toward building a strong sales pipeline. $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
