Job Description

Precision Contracting LLC is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Associates. No roofing experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs.
  • Generate leads through networking and door-to-door outreach.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
  • Explain roofing solutions and assist customers through the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required.
