Under the leadership of Theo Ciupitu, a seasoned business builder, our mission is to create opportunity, deliver exceptional value, and build a high-performance team. We are scaling quickly — from $1M in revenue in 2024 to a projected $3M in 2025 — and we're looking for top-tier sales professionals to grow with us. The Opportunity This is an in-home, consultative sales role where you will meet directly with homeowners, design solutions, and close deals on the spot. We are not looking for average, we are looking for A-Players who have proven they can sell $1M+ annually and want to continue building a high-income career.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement & Sales Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners Identify needs and present tailored kitchen solutions Deliver professional, on-the-spot proposals and close sales Follow up on open proposals to drive conversion Design & Planning Take accurate measurements of kitchen spaces Collaborate on design solutions (cabinet refacing, redooring, painting, custom cabinets, etc.) Adjust proposals based on client needs and feedback Lead Generation & Pipeline Generate your own leads through networking (BNI, referrals, community involvement) Manage your pipeline and schedule appointments Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize close rates Project Coordination Kick off projects with clients and installation teams Stay involved throughout the job lifecycle Ensure strong communication and client satisfaction from start to finish
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000
Commission:
20% of gross profit (after threshold)
First-Year OTE:
$65K
  • 85K+ (uncapped potential) Top performers: Significant upside beyond Year 1
Additional:
Company vehicle (after 90-day ramp period) Cell phone + laptop 3 weeks PTO + major holidays Flexible structure for the right candidate Schedule & Territory Typical hours: Monday-Friday, ~8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday appointments
Territory:
