The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various responsibilities, as well as inform clients about our services , while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Duties Go out and find new job leads ensure all details are handled effectively. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping. Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems and responding to inquiries promptly. Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading documents, transcription, and maintaining organized files. Provide customer service support as needed, addressing client inquiries and concerns with care.. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to perform different workloads Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating effective phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in project coordination is a plus.
