Job Description

Role Overview This role is responsible for generating qualified showroom traffic, nurturing client relationships, and delivering a refined, luxury brand experience from the first interaction. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset, understanding that every interaction directly impacts revenue and brand perception. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, chat, and digital channels Deliver a professional, engaging, and brand-aligned client experience that reflects Audi standards Qualify prospects effectively and schedule high-quality showroom and virtual appointments Build rapport andmaintainconsistent follow-up to nurture leads and drive conversion Meet or exceed appointment setting, show rate, and lead conversion targets Execute outbound follow-up on internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and prospect databases Support dealership sales goals by driving consistent, qualified traffic to the showroom Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation of all client interactions within CRM systems Manage and prioritize a high-volume lead pipeline with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Conduct strategic follow-up across multiple touchpoints (phone, text, email) to maximize engagement and close opportunities Re-engage inactive or lost prospects to recapture sales opportunities Contribute to a performance-driven, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results Adhere to processes, scripts, and best practices whilemaintainingauthenticity in communication Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and client experience continuity Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge, communication, and conversion performance Qualifications Prior experience in sales, BDC, or customer engagement roles preferred Strong communicationskills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead management tools, and digital communication platforms High school diploma or equivalent preferred Authorized to work in the U.S.
