Part-Time, In Office Job Summary Compression Therapy Systems, LLC is looking for an energetic and motivated part-time Call Outreach Specialist to join our team in the office. This role is focused on calling prospective business leads, introducing our company, and helping schedule follow-up calls or appointments with our sales team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make outbound calls and emails to potential customers. Medical product knowledge is not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is organized, and is interested in an introduction to medical sales. The position is focused on working from lead lists, making outbound calls, emails and helping set up follow-up conversations with our sales team. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective business leads Send prospecting and follow-up emails to help introduce the company and schedule sales conversations Introduce Compression Therapy Systems and our product/service categories in a professional way Identify interest and gather basic information from prospects Help schedule follow-up calls or appointments with the sales team Update lead notes and call outcomes Follow a basic call script while keeping conversations natural and friendly Maintain a positive, professional attitude during calls Qualifications Comfortable making outbound phone calls Able to send prospecting and follow-up emails using approved templates with attention to detail and professional formatting Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style Reliable and self-motivated Basic computer skills Ability to follow a script and take notes Sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has good energy, is confident in picking up the phone to make calls, and can represent the company in a positive and professional way. You do not need to be an expert in medical equipment. We will provide basic guidance on who we call, what we offer, how to make outreach calls, how to send prospecting emails, and how to set up the next step. Schedule Part-time in-office position. Compensation Hourly pay based on experience + performance-based bonuses About Compression Therapy Systems Compression Therapy Systems, LLC is a medical equipment distributor specializing in compression therapy, cold therapy, DVT prevention, lymphedema therapy, tourniquet systems, and related medical products. We work with healthcare providers, clinics, surgical centers, DME companies, and other medical facilities across the country.
