Job Description
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Sales Administrator . This role is critical to maintaining accurate internal processes that move quickly, to support our client' s sales and operations teams. Our best candidate takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, catches mistakes before they become problems, and can keep systems, communications, and sales operations running smoothly. You will work directly with Account Executives, distributors, manufacturers, and leadership to help with quotes , procurement coordination , CRM, reports, and customer communications .Responsibilities:
- Build, review, and process quotes
- Assist with bid responses, RPF' s, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate distributors and manufacturers
- Generate pipeline reports, end-of-month reports, operational reports
- Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales operations, coordination, support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Phone etiquette and strong verbal skills
- Assist with RFP' s, bids, and quote submissions
- Experience in IT, VAR, MSP, and cybersecurity preferred
- CRM systems experience required
