Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. In this high-activity role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact via outbound calls, qualifying sales opportunities, and scheduling meetings for our Outside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients to introduce our company and services. Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target markets. Qualify potential sales opportunities based on customer needs and budget alignment. Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Outside Sales Representatives. Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics (call volume) and monthly appointment-setting goals. Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead statuses, and prospect notes within the CRM. Requirements & Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills over the phone. High comfort level with cold calling and performing high-activity outbound outreach. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of dependability and consistency. Highly coachable, with a strong desire to learn sales strategies and apply feedback. Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
