This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage territory accounts, and develop new business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in management, business development, and customer service, with a proven track record in B2B sales and territory management. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through direct engagement with clients and strategic account management. Responsibilities Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or product sales Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and account management Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and developing new business opportunities Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or cold calling is a plus Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth is desirable Join us as a Field Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship building.
