The AT&T Sales Representative will build relationships with local business owners, identify their unique challenges, and present AT&T's wireless devices, Business Fiber internet, and VoIP solutions. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will engage business owners in-person, receive guided training in AT&T Business sales, and learn how to match each client with the right wireless or Business Fiber solution. The AT&T Sales Representative will strengthen their client‑focused approach, support the team's goals, and build a foundation for advanced business sales roles. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Representative Connect with new and existing customers in person to discuss connectivity solutions and showcase AT&T Business Fiber, helping drive authentic business growth. Clarify VoIP and business cell phones during in-person demos, making client sales decisions feel confident and straightforward. Turn everyday interactions into sales conversations by sharing how AT&T Business Fiber and VoIP eliminate Atlanta client frustrations. Offer hands-on face-to-face support during wireless or Internet setup, reinforcing a positive client sales journey for Atlanta teams. Share real AT&T Business success stories in person, encouraging organic word-of-mouth referrals within the Atlanta business community. Optimize how we present AT&T Business using direct learnings, improving community client sales and satisfaction with genuine care. Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in client support, sales, retail, hospitality, and customer service is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product benefits clearly. Organized approach to managing account details and coordinating follow‑ups. Dependable, approachable presence suited for daily in‑person business engagement. Willingness to learn and grow through structured training and mentorship.
