This role involves prospecting, inspections, estimates, and closing deals, with strong support from our operations team. Duties

• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided if needed)
• Educate homeowners and commercial clients on roofing solutions
• Prepare and present detailed proposals (materials, scope of work, warranties)
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times Requirements Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or related field is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (or willingness to learn)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ⸻ ⭐ Preferred Experience
• Roofing or construction sales
• Insurance claims knowledge (storm damage, supplements, etc.)

Pay:

$57,520.64 - $69,272.17 per year
