• Manage all the automotive leads from CRM (Drivecentric) and convert into appointments and ultimately sales
• Contact, maintain, and follow-up on all automotive leads consistently
• Coordinate with Sales Team and distribute fresh leads to Sales Associates equitably while also ensuring clients with appointments keep planned appointments
• Increase closing rate of all leads into sales
