Job Description

We are looking for an efficient Business Development Representative to expand business opportunities and build strong client relationships with clients throughout Georgia. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new accounts, presenting service solutions, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process. The person in this role will focus on generating revenue, identifying leads with relevant experience, and supporting clients with event production-related business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and in-person client engagement.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, assessing opportunities, and moving accounts toward close.
  • Meet with prospective customers to understand project goals and recommend event production and service solutions that align with their needs.
  • Prepare and respond to proposal requests, including coordinating information needed for the RFP process.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, account growth, and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service expectations, deliverables, and client commitments are clearly communicated.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and follow-up actions to support consistent business development efforts.
  • Contribute to lead generation initiatives that help expand market reach and increase contract opportunities.
