Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and in-person client engagement.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, assessing opportunities, and moving accounts toward close.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand project goals and recommend event production and service solutions that align with their needs.
- Prepare and respond to proposal requests, including coordinating information needed for the RFP process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, account growth, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service expectations, deliverables, and client commitments are clearly communicated.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and follow-up actions to support consistent business development efforts.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives that help expand market reach and increase contract opportunities.
