Job Description

We're a growing automotive service company working directly with car dealerships across the Atlanta area, and we're hiring a Route Sales Rep to manage and grow dealership accounts. This is a B2B outside sales role. It is a hands-on, high-income opportunity where you'll sell directly to dealership managers, close deals on the spot, and complete simple product installations the same day. If you've worked in or around dealerships or have outside sales experience, this role offers strong earning potential with an established route and no cap on income. We install premium gloss-black appearance upgrades (wheel skins, mirror caps, grille overlays, door handle covers). These are simple, bolt-on installs — no paint or body work. This is a sales-first role. Installation is part of the fulfillment process, but your success is determined by your ability to sell and grow accounts. If you are not comfortable selling face-to-face or handling rejection, this role is not a fit.
What You'll Do :
Visit 3-5 dealerships per day Walk lots with managers and identify upgrade opportunities Pitch and close deals face-to-face Install products immediately after the sale (5-7 installs/day) Build relationships and grow repeat business Expand your route (more accounts = more income) Track and report weekly performance What This Role Requires Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environment Confidence walking into businesses and speaking with decision-makers Ability to handle rejection and keep moving Strong closing ability (not just relationship management) Self-driven, competitive, and money-motivated Comfortable working independently in the field daily Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided) Ideal Background /Strongly Preferred) B2 B outside sales Automotive dealership experience (service advisor, porter, detail, parts, lot manager, etc.) Route sales ( ONLY if it involved selling, not just delivery ) Experience selling face-to-face and closing on the spot Comfortable walking into businesses and building relationships Commission-based sales environments
Compensation:
First 90 Days (Ramp-Up): $800/week guaranteed After 90
Days:
50% of route net profit (we'll explain structure during interview) No cap on earnings
Typical Earnings:
$800/week guaranteed during first 90 days (training ramp) After 90 days: performance-based pay (no cap) Average rep after ramp: $1,200 - $2,000+/week Top performers: $2,500+/week We provide the vehicle, tools, product, and training. Your income is directly tied to: number of accounts you control your ability to close deals territory growth
