Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Accessory Sales and Installation Specialist, where your passion for vehicles and customer service will drive success! In this energetic role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their vehicles, provide expert installation services, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your technical knowledge combined with your sales skills will help customers enhance their vehicles while fostering a positive, engaging environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive expertise and grow within a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle accessory needs, and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and vehicle specifications. Perform professional installation of a wide range of auto accessories including audio systems, custom rims, lighting, roof racks, and more, ensuring quality workmanship. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify compatibility issues or additional repair needs during installation. Manage inventory control by stocking accessories, tracking product availability, and maintaining organized storage areas using inventory management systems such as CMMS or POS software. Assist with order fulfillment by processing sales transactions accurately through cash handling and POS systems while providing excellent customer service. Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills preferred) to explain product features, installation procedures, and maintenance tips. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to safety standards, and perform routine vehicle maintenance checks when necessary. Support marketing efforts by promoting new products and special offers to boost sales and customer engagement. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of automotive repair, automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service best practices. Familiarity with inventory management tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar software for stock control and order tracking. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency to assist customers both in person and over the phone. Experience using CMMS or other maintenance management systems is a plus. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
