make window and door replacement easy, honest, and stress-free. That mission runs through every sales conversation and every install — and it's why our reviews speak for themselves. We're scaling fast and looking for serious people to grow with us. The Role This is a door-to-door outside sales position. You'll canvass residential neighborhoods across North Atlanta, start genuine conversations with homeowners, and set qualified appointments for our in-home estimate team. Your professionalism and character represent our brand in the field every single day — so we take hiring seriously. This is not a high-pressure, foot-in-the-door gig. LHR's entire brand is built on no-pressure sales , and that starts at the door. We want reps who earn trust naturally — through honesty, product knowledge, and a real desire to help homeowners make smart decisions. What You'll Do Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods across North Atlanta daily Introduce LHR to homeowners with a confident, pressure-free approach Educate prospects on energy efficiency, lifetime warranties, and flexible financing options Set qualified in-home appointments for our sales consultants Represent the LHR brand with the highest level of professionalism at all times Track leads and appointment outcomes and communicate closely with the inside team Who We're Looking For We welcome candidates from all backgrounds — seasoned home improvement pros, career switchers, and hungry newcomers alike.
