What You'll Do:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Schedule appointments for sales department Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
